Question Editor API Initialization

Attributes hidden, hidden_sections, shown, shown_sections, and defaults extend the definitions in question_types. All other attributes are overwritten. The attribute reference must be provided so that setWidget can identify the correct template to use. Learnosity's default question_type_templates already have references as listed in the template reference article.
