Specifies the configuration options for Rubric Practice in the Rubric editor.

You would want to use this so that you can control whether authors can test their rubrics with sample responses before saving the Question.

The Rubric Practice "Test" tab lets authors run sample responses against the rubric they are building. They can then compare the scores from Feedback Aide with their own expected scores.
