One you're signed in, you can also view your own existing support request.
Click on "my requests" to go to a new page:
Viewing your requests
Under "My requests", you'll see a list of your open requests. You can filter this list down by "status", or search requests via the filter on the top left.
Requests I'm CC'd on
Under "Requests I'm CC'd on", you'll be able to see a list of any tickets in your organization that you've been added as a CC on, with the same functionality to filter and search.
Organization requests
Under "Organization requests, you'll be able to see a list of any tickets in your organization that have been created across your organization, with the same functionality to filter and search.
