Introduction
This article outlines our available reports for large groups of learners.
These reports help teachers generate high-volume performance summaries for cohorts of learners across multiple Activities and sessions.
They are designed to support large-scale data analysis across classes, schools, departments, or entire regions. They offer powerful statistical insights using measures like mean, median, standard deviation, and percentiles.
Grouping is fully customizable and can be based on any category such as demographics, location, or organizational structure. The reports also support drill-down functionality, allowing teachers to move from high-level summaries to individual learner data. With support for up to 200,000 learners, this reporting suite is suited for institutional benchmarking, regional analysis, and standardized assessment reviews.
Prerequisites
In order to create reports for Learnosity assessments, teachers must already have run assessments that generate session data for each user. This session data forms the basis for all the reports.
Teachers can learn more about how session data is generated by reviewing the Lifecycle of a Learnosity Session article.
For most large-group reports, teachers must pre-prepare a Dataset using the Learnosity Data AP. This enables the reporting system to process and group performance data at scale.
