This report shows a learner's responses to each question within a single session in a read-only, review-style format. It presents each Item in full, including static content and embedded features, and highlights whether the response was correct, incorrect, or partially correct based on the configured scoring rules.
Teachers would want to use this report to view detailed performance on an assessment, similar to reviewing a scored exam paper. It allows teachers to see the learner’s exact responses, the correct answers, and the score for each question.
This report only works for sessions created using the Items API and excludes intro and outro questions. It is best suited for exploring performance at the Item level to identify specific areas of strength or weakness.
