Author API

• Removed the undocumented config.beta_flags.lds initialization option. It was previously used to prevent the loading of the Learnosity Design System components in Author API to mitigate breaking changes.

Questions API

• Removed the undocumented config.beta_flags.lds initialization option. It was previously used to prevent the loading of the Learnosity Design System components in Questions API to mitigate breaking changes.
• Added Question level distractor rationale support for Label image with drag & drop, Classification, Match List, Hotspot, Token highlight, Math and Multi-step math Question types.
• Added support for changing cameras when recording in the video Question type on a mobile device.
• Added new Bow-tie Question type.

CSS changes for UI improvements

Below is a summary of all CSS changes between the previous LTS release and this release. Generally, these changes contain new feature implementations and various accessibility improvements.

Annotations API

• Fixed a bug where the masking tool had overlapped the sticky note module.

Author API

• Added new styles and the React Flow library for an upcoming feature.

• General CSS compilation optimizations.

• Added a display message with a link to the newly created groups in random Activities.

• Added styling for the automatic alt text generation functionality.

• Added a scrollbar to the Item preview on the Activity edit view for longer content.

• Corrected the positioning of the takeover component.

Question Editor API

• Added styles for removable form elements to support the new Bowtie Question type.

• Added styles for the new Multi-Step Math Question type.

• Removed webkit specific properties.

Questions API

• Added styles for the new image capture functionality in math Question types.

• Added styles for the new bowtie Question type.

• Added styles for the new multi-step math Question type.

• Added styles for the new flip camera functionality in the video recording Question type.

• User interface improvements for pop-up content button.

• Added support for aligned equations in the math Question types.

• Fixed a bug where the character map was rendered in wrong position in the short text Question type.

• Fixed a bug where all graph-type Question types tick labels disappeared on hover.

• Fixed a bug where the stimulus image did not resize for the image annotation upload Question type, when changing the dimensions on Author Site.

• Fixed a bug where the validation indicators were cropped for the classification Question type.

• Fixed a bug where an indent mixed with other text format caused a cut off of the response in the clozeassociation Question type.

• Increased the overlay notification icon size for the label image with drag & drop Question type.

Reports API

• Improved the color contrast for the correct label in the session summary for Tag reports.

• Removed styles for deprecated and removed reports.
